Delivery & Returns

The following page outlines our Delivery and Shipping Terms and Conditions. 

We currently offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING.

We are shipping and delivering our backpacks as normal. In the unlikely event that there will be a significant delay in shipment / delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

We offer FREE trackable worldwide delivery using DPD or DHL. For estimated delivery / shipping times please sell below.

UK - Delivery should take 2 -3 days
USA & Canada - Delivery should take 5-7 days
Europe - Delivery should take 4-5 days
Rest of the World - Delivery should take 5-7 days

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Alfie Reid is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Alfie Reid is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

REFUND POLICY

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless the product is faulty. Your must return your item with its original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

1. Please email cs@alfiereid.com to request a refund or exchange. We'll ask you for your Order Reference No. and the reason you'd like the item returned. We'll refund your item in full or part or offer you an exchange.

2. Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with a proof of posting to:

For your protection, we recommend that you use a Special or Recorded delivery service. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or if the item is faulty.

3. Refunds will be issued once we have received the returned item and should appear in your bank account within 7 days.

DAMAGED GOODS

If your goods arrive damaged please keep all packaging materials and notify us within 3 days. We will then assist you to make a claim or provide a replacement product dependent on the problem.

ADDITIONAL FEES

If you are exchanging your item for a product of greater value you will be required to pay additional fees to cover the cost of the new item.
